Advice?

What do you do when someone OBVIOUSLY regifts you with something crappy?

I mean, I am REALLY ok with getting a regift that is ok, but this is obviously something old and I know for a fact they don't even sell it anymore!

ugh.

am i shallow? i'd honestly rather not even get anything that something like this.
