New Garden!

When Mark and I moved into our house, the garden looked okay. Not great, not bad, just ok. Since then, it has gone downhill. Not because we don't care (ok that's debateable), or because we are lazy (absolutely true actually), but more importantly because we know NOTHING about gardening.

So, we called Carlos, my mom's gardener. He's too cool for school. He came in with 6 guys last Saturday and kicked ass in the garden. Here's proof:

See, no joke! He also planted a nice plum tree (not fruit bearing) in the front yard.

p.s. My knitty submission is done - all i need to do now is photograph and finish minor tweaks to the pattern. Keep your fingers crossed that they accept it!
