Just read Yahoo! and learned that Laci Peterson's remains have been identified and her husband arrested. Shocked and horrified by the whole situation. If you were in a relationship that wasn't to your liking, why wouldn't you just leave the relationship? Why kill your wife and child? Ok, so I am assuming him guilty before proven innocent. Everything this guy has done has been skeevy though. Selling your wife's car less than two months after she vanishes? This guy is soooooo suspicious.

I actually feel sick to my stomach. I can't imagine what her folks are going through. I can only send my prayers and thoughts to them. So many folks were hoping she would be found. Alive (as well as her little boy).

Why is this such an emotional event? Just the thought of anyone of my friends lying at the bottom of the bay makes my heart turn in somersaults. It could have been anyone I know - from the outside, they were a normal couple. Things like this really make you question everything you thought you knew.

I think what makes this the creepiest is that my brother in law, one of the nicest guys in the world, is also named Scott Peterson.

Here's an idea: hug your husband/wife, family, friends. Hold them close to your heart. Tell them how you feel. And if you don't like the situation you are in, get out the right way.
