Forgot to mention the following finished objects. I'll actually link these to photos this weekend-

Christmas Gifts:
- Super cool scarf for mom
- HUGE afghan for mother-in-law
- short scarf with keyhole for step-mother-in-law

Other finished objects:
- Big Wool Sherbet Colored Bag with funky Japanese inspired lining.
- Red Hat for Julia that she probably doesn't wear ;-p
- Kickass pillow for our couch
- Extra special gift for Julia's first birthday (no peeking Amanda!) made with yellow snowflake from sirdar
- of course I had to make some sock dogs (wait till you see mine, though....)

Works in Progress:
- Ballet Wrap using chocolate brown knitaly yarn (not too psyched on this one at the moment it's going to be too heavy)
- Small purse using deco ribbon
- something special for my mom (hint: using polar by rowan)
- something special for my dad
- some trivety dishclothy things (ok, so I bought some yarn that i have NO idea what to use it for!)
- small toys for my nieces on the sewing machine (patterns coming soon - I promise)

and last but not least, creating lots of patterns for myself. more to come on that later. if you have a need for something knitted for your home, or have a cool idea for something new to knit, wont you let me know? i'd love to get the practice in creating some new items on the fly.
